On 15 September I went for a spin around my casual trail. It was going to be one of my final rides of the season, as I don't like winter riding. I miscalculated a jump to clear a log and ended up with a dislocated kneecap. Three kindly riders first help me - one run to call for an ambulance while I sat in pain.
Three minutes later, a rider appeared wearing a full face helmet. He jumped off his bike, announced that he was a doctor and popped my dislocated kneecap back into place. The pain made me curl up with my head between my knees and when I looked up, the unknown medic had mounted his bike and took off.
I didn't get the chance to thank him, so if the mystery doctor of Cwmcarn is reading this, I just wanted to thank you for your timely assistance. Because my kneecap was relocated so quickly, significantly less damage has been done and I'm back on my feet. Thank you once again.

Mountain biking may put us on danger or injuries sometimes like what happened to Peter which is a a common incident to mountain bikers. It is always important that we have contacts for help or for first aid. There are injuries that really needs early attention and if not diagnosed faster may cause bigger damage.
While there are dangers and bad circumstances, there are also good people who are willing to help any time or any where they are badly needed. We hope that you are one of them and keep up the good work.
